"In the video, "Teaching about the Perpetrators: A Case Study", ISHS staff member Dr. Noa Mkayton broaches the difficult subject of the perpetrators in the Holocaust. Dr. Mkayton stresses the dangers in seeing perpetrators purely as other-worldy "monsters". They have sections that might be helpful in your Bystander research. I am not asking you to read these completely. Instead you should practice your researching skills:

Find a section in the table of contents that you think might provide valuable information for your research.
Skim through/read part of that section for no longer than 10 minutes.
If you don’t think it can help you or you are not sure within 10 minutes, find another section of that resource or move on to another resource.

This is how people do historical research! It often will have many dead ends before you find something that is useful for your area of study.
